Reinis was looking for a solution to digitally report bulky waste for both internal and external use. After a pleasant informal acquaintance, the result was a module that allows citizens to specify where, when and how waste is collected.
My specific request of driving to the waste instead of driving to the plot created a great product that allowed the customer to be self-managing in this and for Reinis to take the Service Level Agreement to an even higher level. The next phase was to bring all the interactive modules live both for customer contact center and for the resident. Order modules, the CitizenApp, the Waste Calendar and the Separation Guide/WasteABC are currently in use with us to our complete satisfaction.
The reason for choosing XIMMIO was very simple…..the ideas and visions matched exactly…there was an immediate click . When the hit was given both parties went 100% for it to overcome all the “bumps” they encountered. After several intensive months and finetuning of the product, a module was created that can also be used by other cleaning companies.
