To ensure growth within the organization, Ximmio seeks an enthusiastic who is available 32 to 40 hours per week. (Jr.) PROJECT MANAGER With knowledge of ICT and business processes.

Who are we looking for

In this position, you will work on various projects at different clients of Ximmio. You will work from home, in the office or at the client’s location, so you will have a lot of freedom to set your own schedule. The project manager we are looking for feels at home at the intersection of ICT and process issues. So it is important that you have experience or affinity with ICT (software, apps).

By nature, you see problems as challenges and ensure that each customer receives an adequate solution. You enjoy teaching our customers something and helping them move forward that way. Because of your knowledge of ICT, you think beyond the first step and are able to think ahead about how a problem can be solved and prevented in the future.

What will you do?

As project manager, you will work with our team to ensure a successful roll-out of the Ximmio Waste Platform. In this, you are the first point of contact for customers. You will ensure that the schedule is met, any issues are addressed immediately, communicate with the client about phasing and expectations, and ensure proper completion and administration.

If you do not yet have the necessary experience, we will work you in so that you slowly grow in the world of “waste & cleaning” and acquire the knowledge to be a good project manager. With this knowledge, you will learn to speak to customers effectively. You will also collaborate on testing our solutions. You will provide solicited and unsolicited advice and help think about how we can further optimize our platform, which over 3 million Dutch people use on a daily basis.

As a project manager, your job is to take on and complete projects to the full satisfaction of clients. Taking into account the predetermined schedule, budgets and set requirements. You will work closely with various project teams from both in-house and client organizations. You are in the lead and have the responsibility to make this process prosperous. Therefore, you are especially strong in connecting the different areas of expertise so that projects are completed to the full satisfaction of the client.

What do we expect from you?

The (jr.) project manager we are looking for possesses at least:

• An education at at least MBO level 4 or HBO level,
• A customer-friendly attitude,
• Relevant knowledge and experience within an IT environment,
• A flexible work ethic,
• Intrinsic motivation to do your best,
• A solution-oriented basic attitude.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language in both word and writing.
• Some knowledge of the English language is a plus.

Ximmio has agreements with its clients regarding accessibility. Working hours are usually between 7:00-17:00. Depending on the schedule, you will work somewhere between these times.
